Our founder, Guy, watched his girlfriend, live with chronic back pain after an injury, he saw how relentless and isolating pain could be. Every day brought a new search for relief - from endless products and treatments to advice that never quite helped. His girlfriend would say she was willing to try anything to feel even a little bit better.

Guy quickly realised something deeper -there wasn’t a single place where people like Ella could find thoughtfully designed products, reliable information, and genuine guidance on recovery and wellness. Everything felt disconnected, clinical, or confusing.

So he decided to create one.

Vertebreathe was born from that mission - to build a space where relief, education, and empowerment come together. A place for those who are tired of guessing, and ready to understand their body, find comfort, and start to heal.

What started as one person’s pain has grown into a shared purpose: to make recovery feel natural, informed, and accessible for everyone.
