We believe in our products and the relief they deliver. That’s why every order is backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Promise. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right - whether that means guidance for optimal use, a replacement, or a refund depending on your situation.

Please note:

  • Refunds may require clear photo or video evidence of product condition and use.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

📦 Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must request a return within 15 days of delivery


If your item qualifies:

  1. Email support@vertebreathe.com with your order number and a photo of the unopened product.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll process a refund for the order subtotal (excluding shipping).

🕒 Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.

🚚 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. We’ll arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.
